Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Serves: 1


1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed then frozen)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Handful of spinach
1/3 cup nut milk 
1 scoop collagen powder (I use Vital Proteins)
1 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder (I use Holy Kakow)
2 drops of essential peppermint oil or 3 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp chocolate chips, vegan chocolate chips or cocoa nibs 


Blend everything but the chocolate chips in a high powered blender! Top with chocolate chips, more cocoa powder and enjoy!
