3 Ingredient Snickers Bites
1 box Organic Pitted Dates
Sunflower seed butter (I prefer Organic Sunbutter brand)
Dark chocolate, melted (I use HU Vegan chocolate, but any type/kind will do!)
Split open the dates with a knife and dollop a spoonful of sunflower seed butter into the middle. Lay the dates out on a sheet pan that is covered in parchment paper. When all dates are filled, place tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours. They will not freeze all the way but become slightly hard!
Melt the chocolate on the stove or in the microwave. I started with 1/3 cup and needed a little bit more so test out the amount as you go (you can always melt more!).
Take the dates out of the freezer and drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle sea salt on top. Eat them right away or put back in the freezer to Harden the chocolate (my preference!).
Keep in the freezer in a closed container.
