Creamy, Crunch Broccoli Salad
2/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp miso
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 head broccoli cut into small florets
Chopped purple cabbage
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Whisk the salad dressing together and set aside.
Cut all veggies and toss into a big bowl.
If serving all at once, toss dressing into the salad bowl and mix well together. If portioning out the serving sizes, wait to put 1-2 tbsp of dressing onto the salad until you are ready to eat!
