Chocolate Chip Protein Bars


Makes: 10 bars


3 scoops Nuzest Vanilla or Neutral Protein Powder
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt 
1 cup cashew butter or nut butter of choice
1/3 cup chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips if needed)
Splash or two of nut milk 


Combine everything into 1 bowl, besides the chocolate chips. Stir into a doughy consistency. 
You can chose to then stir in the chocolate chips or wait to add them on top! 
Press dough into an 8x8 glass dish making an even layer. 
If you did not stir in chocolate chips, press them into the top of the dough. 
Pop into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut into bars and store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
