Deb's Greek Chicken Zoodle Salad

INGREDIENTS:
2 cooked or grilled chicken breasts, sliced/diced into bite size pieces
3 medium zucchinis, zoodled or 1-2 boxes of pre-zoodles from the store
1 box Baby tomatoes, sliced in half
1 medium sized cucumber, diced 
1 can Hearts of palm or artichoke hearts
2 tbsp fresh parsley
2 tbsp fresh dill
1/4 cup red onion 
2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa pasta (I prefer Ancient Harvest brand)
1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Greek Dressing (or more if you chose!)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook off the chicken on the stove top over medium heat or on the grill! Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta on the stove top according to directions. When finished, rinse and let cool.
Chop all veggies and herbs and combine them in a large bowl.
Toss chicken, pasta, veggies and the dressing together.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
