Everyday Tahini Sauce



1/2 cup Tahini 
1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Lemon
2 cloves Garlic cloves, finely minced.
1/4tsp Salt & a sprinkle of pepper

Good additions:
Chili flakes
Dash of coconut aminos, for more depth 
Dash of toasted sesame oil 
A tsp of Zaatar spice
Fresh chopped chives, parsley or basil
A few tbsp of plain greek yogurt for creamy richness

*Dont do them all - chose 1 or 2 depending on what you’re serving!


Whisk everything together in a bowl, slowly adding water! Stop when the consistency is pourable. The traditional recipe goes great with salads. I also love it on buddah bowls, on top of curry roasted veggies or a dip for raw veggies!
