Chocolate Milk Chia Pudding
1 can light Coconut Milk (I prefer Wild Harvest Brand)
2 tbsp Cacao / cocoa powder
2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Black Chia Seeds (make sure they are black and not white!)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Divide the coconut milk between two serving cups.
Add in 1 tbsp of cacao / cocoa powder to each cup, mix well!
Next add in 1 tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of Chia seeds to each cup. Mix again.
Store in the fridge overnight to let sit and thicken.
Great as a filling breakfast or an after dinner treat!
